The Aico Heat Alarm contains a fast response thermistor heat sensor and is suitable for detecting heat build-up from large flaming fires.
The heat alarm runs on 230V mains power, however features a 10 year+ lithium sealed, tamperproof battery that provides back up supply if the mains power defaults and fails. Another great feature from this heat alarm is that is self-checks its sensor, battery and internal circuit every 48 seconds, ensuring that if any fault if found you will find out via the yellow LED and/ or audible beeps.
The heat alarm also contains AudioLINK technology, which allows you to extract real time data from the alarm directly to a smartphone or tablet via the AudioLINK app.
Want your heat alarm to be wireless interconnected? No problem! The heat alarm is SmartLINK compatible. Simply plug the Ei3000MRF module (sold seperately) for wireless interconnection along with notifications and data extraction by using the SmartLINK Gateway and Portal.
Battery beeping at you due to low battery or fault? Then use the clever 'Silence' function which allows the alarm to be silenced for 12 hours from any sound from battery or fault detection.
